App notification is not sent for mentions on PR reviews

Hello. I use github mobile app on android.

I receive notifications on the app for mentions on PR conversations. However, I cannot receive notifications for mentions on PR reviews.

Please fix it.

I have already activated notification setting for PR. But, it still not works. 😭
