I've seen this before. Your account is likely restricted by GitHub's automated spam systems. The hidden issues are a classic sign. The SMS requirement is a standard verification step, but they do have a workaround for regions like +86. Go directly to the GitHub Support contact form for account issues: https://support.github.com/contact?tags=account-blocked. Do not use the general contact page. In the form, select "Account" then "I can't perform a specific action." Be explicit: state your account is restricted (cannot fork/create issues), you cannot receive SMS to +86, and your previously created issues are hidden. Include your GitHub username and the email on your account. This form bypasses the automated SMS prompt. Support will manually verify you. It can take a few days. Check the email you registered with, including spam, for their reply. I'm not 100% sure if this always. |

Hi, team, I can't fork any repo, or create any issue.
Github doc and internet says this is because my account got flagged, and need to contact github support, but it need sms verification, yet github sms service didn't support my area(+86). Is there any method to contact github without the sms verification?
I don't have any banner of flag warning on my page though but my former created issues are hidden and only be found by direct url.
This kinda end up in a infinite loop. Help me please. Maybe that's a bug?
