Japanese GitHub Docs contain broken rendering

Hello,

I would like to report a issue with the Japanese version of GitHub Docs.

Some pages are not just poorly translated, but structurally broken and difficult to use as technical documentation.

Example:
https://docs.github.com/ja/actions/reference/workflows-and-actions/dependency-caching

Problems observed:

• Markdown links rendered as raw text (e.g. [setup-node](...))
• broken code blocks and YAML formatting
• misplaced brackets like [ appearing in the page
• table layout partially collapsed

Could you confirm whether this is a known rendering issue in localized docs?
