Copilot in GitHub
Body
Hello all. I am a user of Github Copilot living in Austria. I just saw this news: https://github.blog/changelog/2026-04-13-copilot-data-residency-in-us-eu-and-fedramp-compliance-now-available/
I saw that it applies mainly for organization/enterprise. Will it also apply for personal accounts ? Will it interface with Github Student Developer pack accounts and with the Student version of Copilot ?
