This feature can be disabled very easily, don't worry.

Go : here Turn off Copilot for your account (or cancel the subscription if it's active)

You can also Disable Copilot in a specific repository (if enabled via org)
Go to the repository → Settings Check Copilot / GitHub Copilot settings, disable it for that repo or request your org admin to revoke access.
Org admins can enforce Copilot access as well You may need to ask your admin to remove you from the Copilot policy or billing plan.

VS Code / IDE (if installed there)
Disable the GitHub Copilot extension in your editor if you don’t want it locally

You do not need to move your repos Copilot doesn’t affect your codebase itself, only your account/editor experience.
