Hello everyone.

I have a GitHub Enterprise and bought some GitHub Copilot license.
I use managed user.
issue
After assigning GitHub Copilot licenses and setting them up in Visual Studio Code, some users are able to sign in and use Copilot successfully, while others are not—even though they have the same type of license assigned.
Does anyone know the reason?
The error code is below.
Sorry it is in Japanese, it said it encountered error when i access the GitHub Copilot free plan.
