Copilot Pro account mis‑provisioned: “Access denied” in web chat + “Language model unavailable” in VS Code

Hi,

My Copilot Pro account (username: PeteH9990) appears to be in a corrupted backend state.
Symptoms:

• Copilot Pro subscription is active
• Premium quota is visible (“80% used”)
• Identity is recognized correctly
• GitHub.com Copilot Chat shows “Access denied – You do not have permission to view this” when starting a new chat
• VS Code Copilot Chat shows “Language model unavailable”
• Clean VS Code profile with no extensions still fails
• Only one GitHub account signed in
• Browser chat and VS Code both fail in the same way
• Inline completions work, but chat and Pro models do not

This looks like a backend routing/entitlement mis‑provisioning issue.
Please reset or regenerate the Copilot routing table/permissions for my account.
