Copilot in GitHub

Hi, I have an active Copilot Pro subscription, but I am getting an "Access Denied" error when trying to use Copilot Chat on the web and "Language model unavailable".
Troubleshooting steps I've already taken:

Verified billing status (Payment is active/successful).
Logged out and back into VS Code (and VS Code Insiders).
Cleared cache and verified GitHub Status (All green).
The issue persists across different networks and on the official GitHub website.
Please check if there is a manual block or a synchronization issue with my account permissions.
