Body
I asked Copilot to analyse my Copilot Logs. It discovered a few problems which might help explain part of my rate limiting problems.
Have any of you got similar problems?
I have restarted VS and PC, Repaired VS, Uninstalled VS, reinstalled VS, Run virus check, etc.
Here’s a clean breakdown analysis of my logs.

1. Authentication is stable
2. Requests are actually going through
1. Severe request duplication
This line is everywhere:
Often repeated 5–8 times for the same prompt.

Likely cause:
4. High “Loaded 3 skills” churn
This should be fairly static per session, but it’s repeating constantly.
That suggests:
✅ Net assessment
Severity: 🟡 Functional but inefficient
Root cause area: Client-side Copilot Chat orchestration
Not the cause: Auth, token expiry, account status, subscription
