Hi! When you cancel a Copilot Pro+ subscription, GitHub sometimes deactivates access immediately rather than keeping it active until the end of the billing period. Try these in order:
GitHub Support does sometimes extend subscription periods when access was lost due to a technical issue on their end — but you'll need to explicitly request this in your tickets... |

I’m posting here because my support ticket has not received a response for over 3 weeks, and this is a billing-related issue affecting my access.
I paid for Copilot Pro+ for the period 28 March – 29 April. However, the subscription is not reflecting on my account.
