Hi everyone,

Hi everyone,
I am a student at Politecnico di Milano and I am having trouble with the GitHub Education verification process.
I have uploaded my official "Ricevuta di immatricolazione" (Enrollment Receipt) for the Academic Year 2025/26 , which was issued on March 6, 2026.
The document clearly displays:

• The university logo and name
• My full name
• The current academic year
• My student ID and person code
  Despite the document being an official proof of enrollment issued by the university's registrar, my application is consistently rejected.Is it normal for this specific Italian document to be rejected by the automated system? Should I try a different type of certificate (e.g., an enrollment certificate in English), or is there a specific way to photograph this document to ensure it passes the OCR check?
  Any advice from fellow students or staff would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
