This is not your fault, it’s a known issue with the GitHub Education system. Do not try to apply again, it can make the problem worse. Instead, go directly to GitHub Support and open a ticket under “Education / Student Developer Pack”. Explain that: All your applications were automatically rejected within minutes Also attach your documents again, making sure they are clear and complete, and use an institutional email if possible. In this case, only GitHub support can fix it from their side. |

My application gets repeatedly rejected for various reasons. I received a digitally signed PDF document from my University that certified my faculty status. I cannot upload a PDF so I tried to upload a screenshot. It got rejected for being a manipulated photo. I printed it and used my phone to upload it - it got rejected for not being high resolution enough. Rejections also claim that my name is incorrect on the documents. I'm Hungarian and we use the Eastern name order in official documents. Is there a way to get my application approved by a human? |

I tried the same type of document that a collegue used successfully - and it got rejected. It would be highly appreciated if someone from GitHub team could suggest a solution. |

Re-verification/Repeat Application
Hi everyone,
Hello,
I have applied for the teacher discount authorization four times, but all of my applications were rejected. Each time, the rejection happens within about two minutes.
The only feedback I receive is to update my account information or submit a clearer photo. I have reviewed multiple forum discussions and tried all suggested fixes, but nothing has worked.
I have logged out and logged back in, and also tried using different devices, but the issue persists. I have submitted all available documents, and both my billing information and account name are correct. The documents I provided also include all the required information.
Eventually, I am no longer able to submit a new application. The system keeps showing that I have an outstanding request under review, but in reality, all of my previous applications have already been rejected.
Could you please help review my case and reset my application status so I can apply again?
