Copilot Pro for Student not activating - stuck on Copilot Free

Please review the attached images. My GitHub Copilot Pro for Student is not working properly.
When I click the link to activate it, I am redirected to GitHub Copilot Free instead of Copilot Pro for Student.

How can I fix this issue?

New sign-ups for GitHub Copilot Pro, Pro+, and Student plans are paused: Pausing sign-ups allows us to serve existing customers more effectively.

You cannot sign up for student at this moment.

To prioritize service quality for existing paying customers, we will be pausing new signups for our Student, Pro, and Pro+ plans. Copilot Free remains open for new signups, and existing users can still upgrade between plans.
