Hello,

I submitted a support ticket (#4319289) on April 26, 2026 regarding an account suspension appeal (submitted on behalf of a community contributor).

It has been nearly one month, and I have not received any response. I added a follow-up comment on May 9, but there is still no update.

Could someone from the support team please look into this ticket and let me know the current status?
