Can't apply - system doesn't recognize my name

Hi everyone,

Hi, team, thanks for reading my post.
I have applied several times for the student developer pack.
Every time showing documents that includes my full name (first and last name). Both are visible in my public account and in ny billing information. Both first and last names have regular characters. They are the same everywhere.
I keep getting this same response every time (See attached image). I do not understand what I'm missing. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you
