Hi,
Our enterprise (injazsoft) has been suspended for over 12 days. We're a small team and all our work is completely blocked.
Support agent Charlie (ticket #4360433) previously confirmed the initial flag was an error and removed it. Then the system suspended us again. Since then, every ticket we open gets forwarded to a "specialized team" but we never hear back.

We've been told twice now that our case was forwarded to another team, but it's been over 5 days with no response from that team.
We just need someone to review and lift the suspension. Any help getting this in front of the right people would be appreciated.
