Github pages not working anymore with a custom domain

Hi, i'm having a problem, i've had my custom domain working with github pages for years, now it suddenly stopped working, if i go to https://cele.dev i get a github 404.

If i go to the repo settings in the pages section and i try to re-add my custom domain i get:

The custom domain `cele.dev` is already taken. If you are the owner of this domain, check out https://docs.github.com/pages/configuring-a-custom-domain-for-your-github-pages-site/verifying-your-custom-domain-for-github-pages for information about how to verify and release this domain.

Except... the domain does not look taken since it is not listed as a custom domain in that repo.
So i cannot add it again, i cannot release it... what should i do to have my small website online again?
