Locked out by 2FA SMS Provider Error in Bangladesh (I know my password and email)

Hello GitHub Community,

I am completely locked out of my main account @ShamimAshraf due to a regional SMS gateway failure.

The Problem: I know my valid password, but when I try to log in, GitHub's 2FA SMS fails with this error: "Our SMS provider doesn't deliver to your area."

The Issue: Since I am in Bangladesh, this provider error is completely out of my control, and I don't have my recovery codes.

The Request: I have full access to my primary registered email (dailyshamim@gmail.com). Can a GitHub Staff member please escalate this so I can verify my identity via email and temporarily disable 2FA?

Note: I already tried opening a support ticket, but received no help.
