Copilot cloud agent runtime has switched to using "runtime-cca-v3-" instead of the older "runtime-copilot-" as seen in the "Preparing Copilot" section of a copilot session.
Preparing Copilot... Runtime version: runtime-cca-v3-... Finished downloading and extracting runtime Acquiring required version of node. v24.15.0 Copilot prepared successfully.

The cca agent does not give detailed logs (unlike the other runtime which gave detailed logs)
[cca-engine] CopilotClient log level set to "info" (COPILOT_AGENT_DEBUG=false) [cca-engine] CLI path not set; SDK will resolve @github/copilot bundled CLI [cca-engine] Discovering MCP tools from proxy...
Setting the COPILOT_AGENT_DEBUG env var / secret in copilot environment to true does not help and it continues to report that COPILOT_AGENT_DEBUG=false
