This would be a really useful improvement for organizations using structured workflows. Since custom Issue Types are often tied to internal processes (Agile, QA, support flow, etc.), being able to reorder them, as with Issue Fields, would make Projects much more intuitive and consistent across teams. Right now, the lack of ordering makes the UI feel less organized, especially when many custom types are used. +1 for adding manual sorting/reordering support for Issue Types. |

Within the organization settings, it is possible to create your own Issue Types (pictured our preferred global types we use in many of our Projects). Unfortunately it is not possible to sort these yourself. Text continues below.
Whereas Issue fields allow for ordering it yourself (pictured below).
Request: Can this ordering also be made available in the Issue Types?
Reason: When ordering is enabled, we can set the 'tags' the way we prefer. In our company, we use the agile fields as show in the first screenshot, but would prefer them to be ordered by their equivalent steps. In our case this would be
Epic>Feature>User Storyor(Sub)module> (Cluster) >Task,BugorSpike.Adding ordering option would greatly increase the usability of Projects.
Thanks in advance for any and all updates!
