Unfortunately, GitHub Community members cannot view account suspensions, appeal status, or Trust & Safety decisions. If the appeal link is redirecting you back to the standard support form, there may be an issue with the account state or the appeal workflow itself. In that situation, there is usually nothing the Community can do to escalate the case. A few things you could try:
If your account was suspended automatically due to Actions activity, only GitHub Support / Trust & Safety can review that determination. Community moderators and users do not have visibility into the underlying reasons or the ability to override a suspension. Given that you've already attempted the appeal process multiple times, I'd focus on documenting the redirect loop clearly and submitting that as a support issue rather than continuing to submit identical appeals. |

My account (joegarvey-ai) was suspended around May 26, 2026 and I'm stuck in a support loop I can't get out of.
Every time I submit a support ticket I receive an automated response directing me to an appeal form. When I click that link, it takes me back to the same general support form. I've gone through this loop multiple times and cannot reach a human or find a separate appeals ticket.
The suspension is blocking all of my GitHub Actions workflows. I run scheduled scraping workflows for a personal hobby project — all fetching publicly available data, nothing malicious. I believe this may have been flagged in error.
I'm not looking to relitigate the suspension here. I just need to know how to actually reach GitHub's Trust & Safety team when the appeal form redirects back to the support form in a loop. Is there a direct path to a human review that I'm missing?
