Account Suspended & Stuck in Verification Deadlock (+86 Country Code Missing)

I am writing to report a severe loop/deadlock issue regarding my main account (Username: luchangxin-1).

The Problem:

My local terminal returned a 403 error stating that my account has been suspended when I tried to pull code.

When I attempted to log into the GitHub website to appeal, the login page kept refreshing and clearing my credentials without showing any explicit error messages.

After bypassing the login loop via a private window, the system forced me to pass an SMS phone verification to proceed. However, because I am located in mainland China, the country code "+86" is completely missing from the dropdown list, making it impossible for me to complete the verification.

Current Status:
I have managed to submit a manual appeal via the unauthenticated support form. However, I wanted to post this here to raise awareness of this "+86 SMS missing" deadlock that completely blocks legitimate users from accessing the standard appeal process.

Could a GitHub Staff member please kindly look into my case or forward this to the ticket review team? This account means a lot to my daily development work.
