Bug: Images in Markdown tables have inconsistent heights after pushing to main branch

Context

I am trying to display three application screenshots side-by-side inside a Markdown table in my README.md. To keep the layout consistent, I am using HTML tags with a fixed width.Here is the exact code snippet I am using:

The Issue
In Preview Mode: The table renders perfectly. All images respect the width constraint and display with balanced, uniform heights.
After Pushing to Main: The heights become completely disoriented and uneven.
Responsiveness: While it looks like a minor layout shift on desktop viewports, the height difference becomes massive and visually broken on the mobile version of GitHub.

place the HTML tags side by side on a single line and use percentage widths. This ensures they scale perfectly together on all devices

or maybe it's unify the source aspect ratios ensure that all three raw screenshot files are cropped to the exact same dimensions and aspect ratio before uploading them

It is not exactly a bug with the Markdown pipeline itself, but rather a conflict between your fixed HTML widths and GitHub's responsive CSS stylesheet

I cannot solve this issue and am planning to use a different approach to achieve a similar result. I'm not sure if I should close this discussion or not. Could other contributors look into this case, or is this a known issue where we just need to use a workaround?
