SSO authorization alone doesn't assign you a Copilot seat — that has to be done by your org admin separately.
Reach out to your Intel IT/GitHub admin and ask them to explicitly assign you a Copilot Business/Enterprise seat. Once they do, sign out of GitHub and back in and it should reflect correctly.
If you're sure a seat was already assigned, try: Settings → Copilot and check if there's a "Connect to organization" prompt you might have missed.
