Fully online classes, no VPN, valid student status and valid student email. Got auto-rejected because of location issue

Hi everyone,

Outcome: I get auto-rejected after applying for GitHub Education because I am outside of campus.

I tried:

• scanning with a camera my student ID (so unusable feature, btw; I had to use my phone because of focus issues) - both sides because one side does not have both date and my name on it. I had to use both spots where you can do that; I had no place for additional documents.
• scanning with a camera my certificate prooving that I am, indeed, a student of online classes. (again, so unusable, I had to scan my PC screen with my phone) - Github didn't register it as proving much, additionally it said that on the certificate there's no University Name (which is false, it does contain that both in original as well as translated document)

Since I am unable to create a support ticket for that, I am stuck here in that loop.

Do you have any suggestions besides just moving to another Git site completely?
