I've reached the weekly limit using a 0x model.

Mind you i still have 34% unused for the month...

I feel bamboozled

Can you explain at what rate a 0x model contributes to using up quota compared to a 1x model or a 0.33x model?
As I highlight in the title the point is reaching a limit with a 0x model, not about weekly vs monthly limits, that's just further context.
