Hi everyone,
Here is a draft you can send to GitHub Support to explain your situation clearly.
Subject: Issue with GitHub Pro and Copilot Access on Active Education Account
Hello GitHub Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue regarding the benefits on my GitHub Education account.
Last year, I applied and was approved for GitHub Education. At that time, my licensing page correctly reflected my Education status, my base plan was upgraded to GitHub Pro, and I had full access to GitHub Copilot.
Currently, my education benefits page confirms that my GitHub Education status is active and valid until August 2027. However, for some unknown reason, my licensing to copilot edu has reverted to "GitHub Free." Because of this, I have lost my GitHub Pro benefits, and my GitHub Copilot access has been revoked.
Could you please look into this issue and help restore the GitHub Pro and Copilot access associated with my active Education status?
Thank you for your time and assistance with this issue.
Best regards,

Antonio
