Hi @RSNFreud, I've seen similar reports recently, so it would be helpful to narrow down the scope of the issue. A few questions:
It may also be worth checking whether the references are being placed in the PR description itself, since auto-closing keywords generally don't work from comments or review messages. If this behavior changed recently without any workflow changes on your side, it could indeed be a regression, and additional examples would help GitHub investigate. |

We used to be able to auto link to github issues within pull requests by using https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/writing-on-github/working-with-advanced-formatting/using-keywords-in-issues-and-pull-requests - Sometime in the last month or so - this feature no longer seems to work.
