Accessibility: Repositories tab does not focus the "Find a repository" input

When activating the Repositories tab on a profile page (e.g. https://github.com/[username]?tab=repositories), keyboard focus does not move to the "Find a repository" input.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://github.com/[username]?tab=repositories
2. Activate the "Repositories" tab
3. Start typing - input not focused.

Expected: Focus should move to the search input.
Basic Accessibility Failure For alternative navigation.
