Hi everyone,

My name is Chinese. My name on ID is surname, then first name. the billing info is first name, then surname. I have no way of contacting the admin, since every ticket gets replied to by a bot, and the system keeps telling me to fix my billing info while it is completely correct. I have no idea on what to do. I have tried this three times, and it is extremely frustrating because none of my student IDs show my name in a Western standard format, and I've been struggling to find a human to answer my questions because there is no way of contacting one. Thank you.
