Ok, I can see maybe seeing this thing once a month after the reset.. But every couple minutes it feels like, this thing popping back up to tell me the same thing.. is just ridiculously annoying. I don't want to see this reminder front and center constantly especially after I dismiss the thing.

I acknowledge I blow through the 5 1/2 minutes worth of tokens you give me for the monthly fee I pay for the service quickly.. Great. Awesome! This is why I set a max budget. I get you want to annoy customers into buying the services after they hit the free threshold, and thats probably why this thing persists so much. But come on. Show some respect to UI/UX if I "x" this thing I don't wanna see it no more.

Also in the name of UX/UI.. why not switch the progress bar from the free usage to the budget usage so I can track that from the extension.

Hide "Credit Limit Reached" banner:

• go to vs code settings -> chat.UtilityModel & chat.SmallUtilityModel
• set them all to a non-Copilot model
