Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to complete my student re-verification for the GitHub Student Developer Pack as an online student at the University of the People. However, I am completely blocked by a technical issue with the live camera capture tool.

Every time I attempt to take a photo of my official academic enrollment letter, the browser's integrated camera viewfinder heavily compresses the image quality, turning the text into an unreadable blur. Furthermore, the camera tool forces a small, cropped frame that physically cuts off either the university name or the current date, leading to an immediate automated rejection.

Because the portal strictly requires a live camera capture and completely blocks direct high-resolution PDF or image uploads, there is currently no way for me to submit a legible document. Manual review tickets through the standard support menu also appear to be restricted.

Are there any known workarounds for bypassing the browser camera compression, or can a moderator assist in triggering a manual review link so I can upload a clear, uncropped PDF of my school letterhead?
