Hi everyone,

Hi There,

I applied for Github Education Benefits, but even after providing all the details including: Id card, billing information, student details and user profile name being correct. I have also already checked every details and it was correct. I am still getting this err:
"Rejected on June 06, 2026
Application Type: Student
We were unfortunately not able to verify your academic status. Please address the following issues and apply again.

Visit our EDU community for FAQs and tips."

Can anyone help me with this?

a lot of us are facing the same issue, the camera tool compress the image until it is unreadable; we are still waiting for a solution
