Ridiculous application process, keep getting rejected

Hi everyone,

I am unable to apply and benefit from this. I am enrolled in a CS degree at a Romanian university (UPT) and attend courses online, but we take our exams in Timisoara. The application form does not allow me to properly add all the required documents to be reviewed.

If I select student ID, I can barely fit that in the required camera snapshot. This of course would need to be translated into English, otherwise I will get rejected for this reason. I am also on campus now and could share my location and not get asked several other questions and get an automatic rejection for that.

Is there a way of applying for these benefits in my situation? Or should I conclude it's hard to apply to deter students like me? Can you help me, please ?
