Why are emails from notifications@github.com being labelled Perma_Banned?

Hi!

I recently had a pull request merged in a repository, and I received a notification email from GitHub about the merge. Curiously, the From: header of the email showed the display name as Perma_Banned <notifications@github.com>.

I'm curious... is Perma_Banned an intentional display name for GitHub's notification service, or is this an unusual artifact? Has anyone else observed this?

If your email account suspended, termianted and after that if u recieve mail .. the mail can be look like this.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that's probably not it—my account is fully active and functional. I can access GitHub normally, create issues, comment on discussions, etc.

Plus, if my account were suspended or terminated, GitHub probably wouldn't allow my PR to be merged in the first place.

This display name quirk is something else entirely.
