Getting email recommendations from no-reply@github.com without any active subscriptions, how can I change this?

I get emails every few days which have no unsubscribe link at the bottom:

As a German resident, this confuses me.
I thought DSGVO enforces unsubscribe links for us.

After some searching, I looked into my email settings, but they should be fine as well:

So what step am I missing in order to no longer get recommendations?

Small update:
I am linked to the account of my company and they deactivated

on their side.
Maybe this is the reason I still got some mails?
