from what you described, this sounds like an account/billing eligibility issue rather than something you can fully fix from the normal UI. A few things I would suggest checking: Make sure you are signed in as an enterprise owner, not only an organization owner. Unfortunately, if the button is not visible and your account is not eligible yet, I don’t think there is a self-service workaround. GitHub Support or your GitHub account/sales contact likely has to enable or confirm eligibility on their side. |

I want to switch my GitHub Enterprise Cloud account to monthly metered payment model so that I can pay it via Azure Subscription.
Currently I am paying GitHub Enterprise Cloud monthly via Credit Card.
Googling and contacting sale person suggested that I should see a button to switch it myself, except the button is not there.
Further information suggested that my enterprise may be ineligible and I have to become eligible, either by getting invitations via support person or waiting for my license to reach renewal period.
The problem is:
I have opened Support ticket #4427229 for 2 weeks already and nobody responded.
The sale person is only interested in selling me Advance Security and cannot help me with making me eligible or at least connect me to some further contact, and just keep telling me to use Support Portal (no wonder I don't buy more service yet).
I know this is not the best place for support. But after 2 weeks of no response, and a few bumps there already, I have to try another channel.
