Hi everyone,

I keep uploading a valid, dated document for the student pack validation and I keep getting rejected, I took many pictures and I don't know what to do, my camera is good, the document is valid and it fits the requirements. It would be VERY useful to be able to call support OR to upload a pdf file instead of taking pictures.

name, they need you change your login name

change your github first name and last name according to your id...and add that name in the billing section too..

it happened to me once then i just add my name in billing address then fixed.... my billling section was empty...maybe same things happening to you

have you open 2FA ? If you change your username, what's the impact for 2FA ?
