Pull Shark badge not appearing despite 5 merged PRs - need help

Hi GitHub community and staff,

My Pull Shark badge hasn't appeared on my profile despite having 5 merged
PRs on public repos I don't own.

Username: @iamjaysingh

Merged PRs:

Quickdraw badge shows fine. Show Achievements is enabled in settings.
It's been 4 days since first qualifying merge.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any fix?
