Parent issue filter broken on Issues list

When browsing the issues list in a repository, parent issues are no longer visible on the list entries for sub-issues. On parent issues, the sub-issue progress indicator (The chip that says, e.g. 2 / 9) still shows up, but clicking it navigates to an invalid search.

The generated sub-issue search is is:issue parent-issue:Org-Name/repo-name#1000, which shows a warning in the UI:

• Invalid value Org-Name/repo-name#1000 for parent-issue
