I need help escalating a Copilot account issue that is now blocking my work.
On May 16, 2026, I canceled my Copilot subscription to upgrade, following GitHub’s instructions. Immediately afterward, the ability to resubscribe or upgrade disappeared from my account. Ticket #4391874 & #4439188
Since then:
• Copilot has been unusable
• No way to re-enable the subscription
• Support tickets have gone unanswered for 3+ weeks
This is currently affecting an active development project and causing financial loss.
This appears to be an account-provisioning or state issue during the billing transition.
Can someone from GitHub help escalate this internally?
