Same, convenient the agents seem to take twice as long as they did 6 months ago too. Cancelling this crap. |

Hello everyone,
I'm creating this discussion because I want to share feedback regarding the recent Copilot Pro/Pro+ quota changes!
Until recently, I was genuinely one of Copilot's strongest advocates. I recommended it to colleagues, left positive reviews, and considered it one of the most valuable dev tools available. The quality of the suggestions, chat experience, and IDE (Jetbrains) integration significantly improved my daily workflow.
However, my experience has changed dramatically since the introduction of the new quota system on 1st June of this year.
As a Pro subscriber, I was shocked to exhaust my available quota in only a few days of regular development work. I wasn't stress-testing the service or using it unusually heavily. I was just using it as part of my normal software dev activities.
The issue is not the quality of the product. In fact, I still think the product itself is excellent. The problem is that the current limits no longer align with the way many professional developers use AI assistants today.
When a paid subscription can be exhausted after only a few days, it creates uncertainty and makes it difficult to rely on Copilot as a daily productivity tool.
I completely understand that AI services have infrastructure costs and that sustainable pricing is important. However, the current quotas feel restrictive compared to the expectations set by the previous experience.
I'm curious to know:
I am sharing this feedback respectfully. I genuinely want Copilot to succeed. I would like to continue recommending and using the product, but the current quota model has significantly reduced its value for me.
Thank you for taking the time to read and consider this feedback.
