Introduce yourself
I opened a support ticket asking about billing questions, and I'd like to challenge a bill. The ticket has been open for 3 weeks+ with no response whatsoever. I've posted a comment each week since, there's no reply.
Is this just some void that requests get filed into the ether, never to be seen again?
