Hello. I had the exact same problem. Unfortunately there isn't anywhere else you can upload, before we had manual verification but they removed it. You can try it on your computer if you have a webcam or laptop camera. What worked for me however is trying to capture my full name and school name, enrollment date only while using lighting from a flashlight to lighten the important parts. SDP verification uses automatic bot verification which scans the full name, school name, enrollment date so you should try to capture those at least. Also keep in mind that your github full name, billing address and selected school should all match your enrollment letter.
