Hi everyone,

Stuck in the same rejection loop as everyone else here. I have my official email from my school in the U.S (Texas) ending in .edu. I have tried almost every option form the drop down menu (I.D, schedule, syllabi, etc...) and it still says my name doesn’t match, the school doesn’t match, the date isn’t current (taking summer classes, so it is) and my GitHub billing name doesn’t match, but it does. I’m stuck and I can’t figure out what to do at this point. Any suggestions would be really appreciated after being stuck on this island for 4 days now 🥲
The only thing I can think of is that my I.D and other documents all say both the name of the college district (which is the option available in GitHub) and the name of the specific college as well
