Copilot Pro credits exhausted but only 969.31 credits recorded in usage breakdown

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with my GitHub Copilot Pro AI credits usage and hope to get some insights or similar experiences.

• Plan: Copilot Pro (1500 monthly AI credits)
• Cycle: June 1 - July 1, 2026
• Issue: The dashboard shows my 1500 credits are fully exhausted, but my recorded usage is only 969.31 credits:
  • 266.07 credits on June 3
  • 703.24 credits on June 5
  • No other usage appears in the daily breakdown (Jun 1 - Jun 10)
  • No overage charges or additional usage are shown.

I have verified:

1. No other devices/accounts are using my Copilot subscription.
2. I only use Copilot in VS Code, with no CLI/Agent usage.
3. The usage dashboard has had several days to sync, but no additional usage is appearing.

I have submitted a support ticket for this billing/usage discrepancy, but would like to check if anyone else has encountered similar issues, or if there are other steps I can take to resolve this.
