MysticMedia — feedback wanted on my self-hosted media CDN
Hey everyone! 👋
I've been building MysticMedia, a self-hosted media CDN that uses a private GitHub repo as its storage backend (so, zero S3 costs). It handles Discord OAuth login, HLS video streaming, and image/document hosting with shareable links. I'd really appreciate feedback on the architecture and a few specific design decisions.

Stack: Node.js, Express, MongoDB, FFmpeg, EJS, WebSockets
