If your payment history shows the transaction as successful and you've received a receipt, but your account is still showing the Free plan, this is most likely an account activation or licensing issue that only GitHub Support can resolve. I would recommend opening a support ticket (or replying to your existing one) and including the receipt number, purchase date, and a screenshot of the licensing page showing the Free plan status. Avoid sharing payment details publicly. In some cases, activation can take a little time, but if it has already been more than a few hours, it's worth having Support manually review your account.
