Hi @clairemariebrisson. Since Preceptors are a recognized faculty role at Harvard, it may be that the automated review process isn't correctly interpreting the title from the documentation you've submitted. If your screenshot clearly shows your name, institution, current employment status, and faculty designation, I would recommend replying to any existing verification thread or contacting GitHub Support to request a manual review, while explaining that "Preceptor" is equivalent to a faculty position similar to a Professor of the Practice at other institutions. Hopefully a member of the GitHub Education team can take a closer look at your case and help get it resolved. If this answer helped point you in the right direction, please consider marking the discussion as answered. It helps others in similar verification situations find guidance more easily. 🙂 |

Hi everyone,
Hi! At Harvard, we have a special category of faculty known as Preceptors (effectively Professor of the Practice at other institutions). I have tried to verify multiple times about this and would love some extra support to verify that I do indeed work as a faculty member. I've taken another screenshot that removes my employee id for security purposes.
