Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education Team,

I am a Director at Sejong University, South Korea, and my Faculty Education
Pack application has been rejected 5 times with identical rejection reasons,
even though all my information matches perfectly.

Verified matching information:

Latest rejection reasons (all repeat for 5 attempts):

1. Last name on document doesn't match billing - but both say "HAN"
2. First name on document doesn't match billing - but both say "JeongHun"
3. Profile full name doesn't match document - but both say "JeongHun HAN"

I have logged out and logged back in after each profile update as instructed.

I believe the automated OCR is failing to read my document correctly.
Could a human reviewer please manually verify my application?

The automated OCR is almost certainly misreading the Korean employment certificate — this is a well-documented failure pattern for documents from Korean universities, especially when the name appears in a mixed Korean/English format or when the PDF has a watermark overlaying the text.

Stop reapplying through the portal — 5 rejections have likely flagged your account and further attempts won't help.
